This bottle water filling equipment realizes continuous rinsing, filling, and capping in one machine. It is suitable for pure water, mineral water and drinking water.It adopts advanced pressure filling with fast, steady, and precise filling. Material recirculating system is equipped to avoid contacting with material and second pollution and oxidation.We adopt magnetic torque capping head, high efficiency and low reject ration.No bottle no filling, no bottle no capping. Once the caps are lack, the machine will stop automatically.In the rinsing, filling and capping process, the bottles are transferd by neck-hanging, which realizes contactless with the bottle screw. This avoids second pollution to the material and also makes it much easier to suit for different capacity of bottles.According to customer’s requirement, we have gable top table-board design. This reduces the accumulated water in the table-board maximum.Rinsing water pipes are made of stainless steel 304. Rinsing valves are imported from USA.
The machine is controlled by PLC and HMI. It is easy for operation and maintenance.Safety device is thoroughly installed in any of our machine.All the electrical parts and pneumatic parts are from world famous manufacturers.
